Lamplighters Preschool is committed to healthy eating and balanced meals. The food that is served is nourishing, fresh and hot. Children learn from a young age that healthy eating is important and we are proud to be part of this wonderful journey of healthy eating. Breakfast include yummy healthy granola, yogurt and freshly sliced fruit. Lunch has a variety of delicious veggies, protein and grains.

Snack: Pita, Vegetable Sticks, and Hummus

Breakfast: Mushroom Omelet

Snack: Cottage Cheese and Vegetable Salad
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Avocado Toast
Lunch: Meatballs and Spaghetti, Roasted Broccoli
Snack: Rice Cakes, Apples, and Sunflower Butter
THURSDAY
Breakfast: Cereal + Milk, Tomato Slices
Lunch: Breaded Tilapia, Cuscus, Vegetable Sauce
Snack: Cheese and Crackers, Blueberries
FRIDAY
Breakfast: Oatmeal, Banana
Lunch: Grilled Cheese + Tomato Soup, Roasted Cauliflower
Snack: Steamed Greenbeans + Ranch, Pretzels
